Our Early Decision program is binding. Applicants who are admitted through Early Decision must submit a $1,000 tuition deposit and plan to matriculate in the fall term. Admitted students must also withdraw all applications to other law schools and refrain from submitting any additional applications. Applicants may also be forwarded to our regular decision process, waitlisted, or denied. Applicants who are not admitted will be released from the binding commitment.
Applicants who apply Early Decision may select one of three options: Dean's Scholars, BC Scholars, or Eagle Track. All Early Decision requirements, deadlines, and outcomes are the same for each option.
This highly competitive option is designed for candidates with exceptional credentials, typically with scores above our 75th percentile, who are committed to attending Boston College Law School. Scholarships are non-negotiable and will be awarded in the range of $40,000 to $55,000 per year, for a total of up to $165,000 for three years based on six semesters of enrollment at the Law School.
This Early Decision option is designed for candidates with excellent credentials, typically with scores around our median, who are committed to attending Boston College Law School. Scholarships are non-negotiable and will be awarded in the range of $20,000 to $35,000 per year, for a total of up to $105,000 for three years based on six semesters of enrollment at the Law School.
